All products are carefully packaged to insure transportation integrity. All shipments are insured (unless other agreements have been made in writing) against carrier damage. Any carrier damage or loss is the responsibility of the carrier and not PVI. If any carrier damage is noticed it must be reported immediately to the carrier upon receipt, and also to PVI for assistance in obtaining credit from the proper insurance carrier. Product must be left in original packaging so that carrier may inspect at their option. Please call customer service at (253) 735-3910 for assistance. Any product damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours or claim cannot be accepted.

Warranty Policy:

General:

All parts are warranted for 6 months from ship date to be suitable for full life expectancy in their proper installation and intended usage. Some consumable items may however be manufactured with specific expiration dates. This date will take precedence if it infringes on the full life plus six month rule. Full life is defined as the performance life span of any product in use on the analyzer as determined by the OEM. 
 
Electrodes: Warranties may vary with electrode type.
 
Please refer to package insert, or contact your customer service representative for specific warranty information. Minimum warranty expectation is as stated by OEM pertaining to usage on the analyzer. Electrode warranty claims/assistance will require the dated calibration/control printout from the analyzer in which it is installed. Electrode warranty is limited to use on instrumentation they are designed for.

For a product to qualify for warranty, it must be returned for assessment in its original package, with no alterations, missing lot #’s or other reference numbers. For assistance please call 253 735-3910.

Shipping:

We make every attempt to ship all orders received before 1:00 pm (Pacific Time) on the same day as received. If item(s) are not available for immediate shipping, you will be contacted. Orders placed after 1:00 pm may ship the following day. If order is received after 2:00 pm (PT), and is needed for next day delivery, an expedite fee of $50.00 may apply in addition to the shipping charge.

All shipments are F.O.B. Auburn Washington Warehouse. All UPS, FED EX, USPS, & BAX shipping methods are standard. Shipping, insurance, all other shipping related fees are PP&A. Other shipping arrangements may be made to your specifications.

Minimum orders:

All orders for within the U.S must meet a $75.00 minimum.

A small service fee to cover preparation of international documents and all wire transfer, currency conversion, and chamberizing fees are additional if necessary.

Government regulations dictate all additional handling fees for any products deemed HAZMAT by law.

Terms:
 
(Domestic) For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards. For frequent purchasing needs.
 
(International) Wire, paypal and major credit cards are all welcome. Any/all associated shipping, documentation, banking, or other required transaction fees are the responsibility of the buyer. and must be included with payment in order to obtain a shipment release.

Returns:

Credit will be issued for items that are restockable, in excellent physical condition and without evidence of markings or usage, only. Items must be in unopened, originally sealed product package.

Items on Exchange, special order items, non-shelf stock special sales, refrigerated items, and special manufacture quantity product are not returnable for credit.
